These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) determine the general procedure for using the Services, and are also aimed at the distribution of rights, obligations and responsibilities between AliHelper LTD and users of the Services. The Terms do not govern or define the rights and obligations of third parties.

By using our Services, you agree to the Terms. In case of compliance with the Terms, the “AiHelper”, “AliHelper” grants you a personal and non-transferable right to visit the Services and use their functionality.
1.1. The services include the AliHelper mobile application (hereinafter referred to as AliHelper).
1.2. The services are designed to optimize custom purchases on AliExpress™.
1.3. AliHelper works with the official AliExpress™ affiliate program and receives affiliate commissions from user purchases.
If you are a user of a cashback service, be sure to follow the cashback activation rules that the service you use has set.
1.4. Administration and technical support of the Services is carried out by the AliHelper LTD.

1.5. The terms of availability of the functionality of the Services are set by the AliHelper LTD and are subject to change without prior notice.
2.1. For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms and definitions are used:
You (User) - any individual who uses the functionality of the Services and has reached the age of legal capacity based on the laws of their country of citizenship to enter into agreements in the form of our Terms of Use.
We are an “AiHelper”, “AliHelper” - Advensa Grupp OÜ (Rävala pst 8, Harju County, 10143, Tallinn, Estonia).
Services - “AliHelper” mobile application.
3.1. You agree to these Terms by using the Services. Do not use the Services if you do not agree with the Terms.
3.2. By expressing your consent, you agree to regularly check and become familiar with the new versions of the Terms.
3.3. Before using our application, we request your consent for the background opening (redirect) of the user to external services/websites/resources.
3.4. You can always revoke this consent by changing the settings in our service or by sending a notification via email to: support@alihelper.app.
4.1. As part of these Terms, we undertake:
(1) comply with the Privacy Policy and the relevant requirements for their protection when working with personal data;
(2) properly consider incoming applications, complaints and comments from Users.
4.2. We have the right to:
(1) make changes and (or) additions to the Terms, if necessary, and in accordance with applicable law;
(2) and change, suspend or terminate the operation or access to the Services , any parts and (or) functionality thereof for any reason;
(3) interrupt the operation of the Services or any part of them, if required to perform any maintenance, fix errors and / or make any other changes.
(4) Update the functionality of the Services in order to provide new opportunities for Users.
(5) Utilize available methods for monetizing the Services.
(6) Utilize the functionalities of the Services, including automatically (with consent, but without the active participation of Users) redirecting Users to external services/websites/resources (for example, AliExpress) to provide enhanced features of the Services.
4.3. Users undertake:
(1) provide accurate information necessary to use our Services;
(2) comply with the Terms of Use and other rules for using the Services (Privacy Policy), any other applicable law;
(3) be fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account information, including the password, as well as for all, without exception, activities that are conducted on behalf of the User's account.
You agree to immediately notify us of any compromise (theft, unauthorized access) of your account or password;
(4) not to re-engineer (reverse engineer), decompile and disassemble the Services or their parts, not to take actions aimed at determining the source code of the Services, not to take actions aimed at bypassing the software and hardware protection of the Services;
(5) not use the Services for any purpose prohibited by applicable law or these Terms, and also not to incite any illegal activity or other activity that violates our rights and legitimate interests, as well as the rights and legitimate interests of third parties;
4.4. Users have the right to:
(1) use the functionality of the Services within the limits and in the manner permitted by these Terms, applicable law;
(2) contact the SP with suggestions, complaints and comments.
5.1. The Services may collect and process your personal data. Any collection and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Content of Services
6.1. All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademark names and images, logos, sounds, music, images, any other audiovisual content and program codes (collectively "Content"), including but not limited to design, structure , choice, coordination, appearance, general style, location and any other way of organizing this Content, which is part of the Services, or belongs to us, or transferred to us for use by their direct owners on the basis of the relevant agreements. The content of the Services is protected by copyright, trademark law, other laws governing intellectual property, as well as unfair competition laws.
6.2. Unless explicitly stated in these Terms of Use, no part of the Services and Content may be copied, reproduced, published, posted on the Internet, sent by mail, publicly demonstrated, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including “ duplication ”) to any other computer, server, website or any other medium for publication, distribution or any commercial enterprise, as well as used in any other way or in another form without our prior express written consent.
6.3. You can use the information that we have specially provided for downloading from the Services, provided that you keep the copyright notes in all languages in all copies of such documents, you will use such information only in personal, non-commercial (not related to the extraction of commercial profits) informational purposes and will not copy or post such information on any network computer or transmit it in any medium of information transmission, you will not make any changes to such information and will not make additional representations or give guarantees regarding such documents.
6.4. All rights not expressly granted to you by these Terms are reserved.
7.1. ALIHELPER LTD DOES NOT GIVE ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THAT THE SERVICES WILL FUNCTIONING WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, AND THE USE OF THE SERVICES AND THEIR FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES WILL LEAD TO YOUR DESIRED RESULTS. SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. ANY INFORMATION IN THE SERVICES MAY BE DELETED AND (OR) CHANGED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. SP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTION AND (OR) INACTION OF THIRD PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
7.2. Certain links on our Services may lead to resources located on third party sites. These links are posted for the convenience of users and do not mean that the SP is responsible for the availability of these resources and for their content.
7.3. The Services allow users to enter and send information, including confidential information, to the relevant sections of the Services. Users are fully responsible for the content and accuracy of this information, and also undertake to obtain from third parties all the necessary permissions to post their personal data on the Services.
8.1. The conditions can be changed and (or) supplemented at any time during the operation of the Services, if necessary. In this case, a new version of the Terms with the date of their acceptance will be posted on the Services. In case of disagreement with changes and (or) additions to these Terms, you must stop using the Services and their functionality.
8.2. The Terms constitute an agreement between us and the user with respect to your use of the Services, any other pre-existing written or oral agreements or understandings regarding such use are hereby revoked.
8.3. If any provision of the Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the other terms remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8.4. Failure to force you to strictly adhere to the Terms cannot be construed as our waiver of any provision of the Terms or any of our rights established by the Terms and applicable law.
8.5. The applicable law to these Terms is the law of Ukraine. The exclusive competence to consider all disagreements, disputes arising from or in connection with the Terms and Conditions belongs to the relevant court at the location of the AliHelper LTD.
